Consumers become Independent Business Owners (IBO) who represent the parent company. These IBO's develop a structure by recruiting individuals also desiring to be IBO's. They earn commissions based on the volume of products generated through their entire structure, which includes their personal efforts as well as the efforts leveraged off their organisation. They also have the opportunity to build a customer base where they can earn a profit by retailing products they purchased from the parent company at wholesale price.

Business principles to look for:

It must be a huge expanding market

Unique consumable product (find a product that a lot of people want and need)

Timing (Trends) Look at what industries are expanding (don't have a loyalty to something just because you've been educated in it or have been doing it for a long period of time

Some of the main money earning situations are to:

Work for someone else

Be a professional (doctor, attorney, engineers, etc)

Own your own business - ( Best way to do this, is leverage off the efforts of other people. Jean Paul Getty, the famous oil billionaire, once said, "I would rather earn 1% off a hundred people's efforts, than 100% of my own efforts".)

For you to have true leverage you must create a structure where everyone has the same amount to gain.

For example:

Lets say I am a broker and I hire 3 agents. We'll call one of the agents Lucy. It's in my best interest to train Lucy to become a broker too. Trying to hold her back and not show her my best strategies will hurt me, because if I don't give her the opportunity to have the same amount to gain as myself, I will lose her and she will become my competitor. The only way I will a retain a leader is to provide them with the same opportunity for growth as I had.

So from day one I'm going to encourage Lucy to become a broker and when she does, she isn't going to break away from me and become my competitor. She will simply shift from agent to broker, which now allows Lucy to hire her own agents in the same way I did.

I'm going to continue earning a percentage of what Lucy and her agents sell, which is fair because I trained Lucy. But it's going to be a smaller percentage than when she was an agent.

In most Network Marketing companies everyone can earn a certain number of levels deep in the organisation they build. Everyone in the company can earn that same number of levels deep, like maybe 4 to 6 levels.

I'll use 4 levels as an example to show you why this is a fair structure.

Lets say you are at the 3rd level of my organisation. If YOU build a larger or more productive organisation than me, you would earn more money than me, even though you are in my organisation. Don't you think the most productive person in a structure should earn the most money. That's fair.

Warren Buffet owns a Network Marketing Company. Don't know who he is? Well he is tied with Bill Gates as the richest man in America. He created his wealth by investing in and buying the very best companies. Both Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki, have openly put their stamp of approval on Network Marketing. Read their article "Why We Recommend Network Marketing" now.

Education And Training: Powerful Key

It is a powerful investment to educate and train others, so you get more done. People don't normally do this, as it is not rewarding to train others in your field of expertise, because they move on and profit without you. But in Network Marketing you are rewarded for your willingness to train others effectively. When you understand the power of educating and empowering others so that you can get more done, then you're on your way to wealth.

The Renegade University offers this kind of education and internet network marketing training for a minimal cost.

Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish he'll eat for a lifetime.

In Network Marketing when you teach and train others you duplicate what you are doing, which is to attract and train others. You are now multiply yourself.

The difference between the wealthy and everyone else is not a mystery, it's learning to leverage your time and effort. When it comes to owning your own business, their is not a more affordable structure available than Network Marketing

Is Network Marketing perfect, of course not, nothing is. Every industry has good and bad, Network Marketing just has more good than any other industry for the most number of people.
